Presentation of the FOX project – “Food processing in a box”
On June 30, the presentation of the FOX project – “Food processing in a box” and the FOXlink application took place.
The general objectives and progress of the project were presented, as well as the installation and operation of the platform supporting scientists in communication with consumers.
Thanks to the support of Elea Technology, the participants of the meeting also had the opportunity to take part in workshops introducing the principle of operation of the pulsed electric field – the technology used in the project to preserve juices and support the drying process of fruits, vegetables and mushrooms.
