Award for the best doctoral thesis in the field of food science
We are pleased to inform you that dr inż. Katarzyna Pobiega received an award for the best doctoral thesis in the field of food sciences defended in 2021 in a competition organized by the Polish Society of Food Technologists!
The doctor was carrying out a doctoral thesis entitled “Studies on the antimicrobial activity of pullulan-propolis coatings on selected plant material” under the supervision of Prof. Małgorzata Gniewosz and dr inż. Karolina Kraśniewska.
