Open lecture – prof. Carsten Carlberg

We cordially invite you to an open lecture by Professor Carsten Carlberg, entitled “Nutrigenomics of Vitamin D“

He is a world-renowned biochemist who specializes in nutrigenomics and vitamin D. Professor Carlberg has been appointed the ERA Chair at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research in Olsztyn. Currently, he is recruiting to create a team of scientists for an interdisciplinary Center of Excellence using nutrigenomics tools to assess the impact of nutrition on (epi)genetic predispositions to the so-called diet-related diseases.
