About the Institute
The research and teaching potential of the Institute of Food Sciences is represented by 90 academic teachers employed in the following positions: professor – 8, university professor – 18, assistant professor with habilitation – 28,assistant professor with habilitation – 28, teaching assistant professor – 5, assistant professor – 26, and research assistant – 5. Institute of Food Sciences also employs 21 engineering, technical and administrative staff.
Research and teaching staff of the Institute conduct classes for students of the following fields of study: Food Technology and Human Nutrition, Food Safety and Commodity Science (Commodity Science in Bioeconomy) and most of the other fields of WULS-SGGW.
