Success in obtaining research funds!

Dr Kamil Piwowarek from the Department of Biotechnology and Food Microbiology obtained funding for scientific research in the Sonata 18 competition of the National Science Center!

In the years 2023-2026, a research grant will be implemented entitled: “Characterization of determinants of lactic acid bacteria and propionic acid bacteria towards co-fermentation of edible plant waste for efficient production of propionic acid and fortification of bioavailable vitamin B12.”
