XXVII Scientific Session of Young Research Staff
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We kindly inform you that the Polish Society of Food Technologists, Warsaw Branch, together with the Institute of Food Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Section of Young Scientific Staff of the PTTŻ, are organizing another,
XXVII Scientific Session of Young Scientific Staff and Xth International Session of Young Scientific Staff
titled “Development of Food Science. A sustainable future. Food Science Development. Sustainable Future”.
The conference will be held on the campus of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences on May 11-12, 2023.
We cordially invite all students, doctoral students and young employees dealing with the issues of broadly understood food technology and nutrition to take part in the Session. We also kindly ask you, Ladies and Gentlemen, to disseminate information about the conference among your co-workers.

The conference will consist of Polish-language and English-language sections. It is possible to present one scientific report in the form of a paper and/or poster. During the conference plenary papers of foreign and Polish guests and free scientific workshops are planned. The abstracts of the speeches will be published in the book of abstracts. Based on the submitted reports, the Scientific Committee will select papers that can be published (after a positive review) in recognized scientific journals.
