Announcement about the defense of mgr inż. Dorota Miarka’s doctoral dissertation

The Chairperson and the Discipline Council of Food and Nutrition Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) would like to kindly inform that on July 7, 2021 at 9.00 in room 57 – Warsaw, Nowoursynowska 159C St., there will be a public defense of the doctoral dissertation for the degree of doctor of agricultural sciences in the discipline of food technology and nutrition of mgr inż. Dorota Miarka on: “Research on the application of the Sous-vide method as an innovative technique in relation to conventional culinary methods used in mass catering establishments”.
