BIOSTRATEG – CFOOD
In July 2018, an interdisciplinary scientific and industrial consortium launched a project financed by the National Center for Research and Development under the Strategic Program for Scientific Research and Development “Natural environment, agriculture and forestry”. BIOSTRATEG – CFOOD project: “Development of an innovative method for calculating the carbon footprint for a basic basket of food products”
The consortium consists of the following entities:
