The Department of Biotechnology and Food Microbiology together with the Warsaw Branch of the Polish Society of Food Technologists and the Committee of Food Sciences and Nutrition of the Polish Academy of Sciences organize:
7th SCIENTIFIC SYMPOSIUM “Microorganisms and their metabolites – a microworld of great opportunities and dangers”
which will take place on November 29 – 30, 2023.
The fascinating world of microorganisms constantly surprises us with its power to influence various, often non-obvious aspects of our everyday lives. We hope that together we will be able to better understand, and perhaps even understand, the intricacies of the existence of organisms that are inaccessible to us with our sense of sight.
The positive experience of last year’s edition, which took place online, influenced our decision to continue the identical meeting formula this year.
